Frequently Asked Questions:


Q. Do we need a confirmation number to pick up our berries?
A. No, you don't but it will speed the process if you bring your confirmation sheet with you when you pick up your berries.


Q. Can you deliver the berries we order to us directly?
A. Sorry we are not able to do this, as we do not have the resources available.

Q. Can someone else pick up our berries for us?
A. Yes, absolutely. Just make sure they know which name, confirmation number and phone number the berries were ordered under.

Q. What happens if we forget to pick up our berries?
What happens to unclaimed berries?
A. We make every effort to contact you on the date of pick up if you haven't picked up your berries by early afternoon. Please provide us with all your contact phone numbers. We will leave messages on your answering machine, however if you do not show up, we are not able to hold your berries or refund you the money paid.

Q. Are they local berries?
A. Yes.  No White Centres.


Q. Where is the money spent?
A. The Rotary Club of Vancouver has an on-going commitment to Youth and Literacy.  See "Community Service" on our web site www.rotaryvan.org

Q. Can I get more? (on the day of pick up)
A. No. We only bring in enough to cover the orders we have received.

Q. Do you want the containers back?
A. No

Q. How do we pre-pay?
A. Cheque, Visa, MasterCard

Q. Why don't you have other berries? i.e. raspberries, blueberries?
A. This is an option in the future, however not available at this time.

Q. Are the berries organic?
A. We do not know the exact farm locations of where the berries come from and have no knowledge of the conditions of how they are grown.

Q. Can we pick up on a different date?
A. Our resources are limited. As such, the date and location are fixed as the berries are picked specifically for us for the one day.
